I completely changed up my recipe this time...I lowered my shea butter amount and also used different oils- jojoba and rice bran..as well as added in some vitamin E. After I made this batch, I'm very pleased with how it turned out! The texture is creamier, almost frosting-like. The batch I made last time was very hard...I had to "dig" it out of the container.

It's been five days since I made the whipped shea butter...it has set up a little, but not a whole lot. I'm still liking the consistency of it! I scoured the internet when I was formulating my recipe, and I'd have to say that the site I referred to the most (in case anyone else is interested in also) was the Point of Interest! blog.
